- Drain the pickles and lay them on a towel to dry.
- Lay out 2 slices of Corned Beef, lengthwise. I buy Carl Budding. Over lap 1/8 inch.
- Spread with softened cream cheese.
- Place pickle on one end and roll up
- Chill for several hours.
- Slice.
