A bad few weeks for electric things at our house.
First my 5 year old washing machine bearings went out. We had to get a new machine...
Then I went to get meat from the deep freeze in the basement, apparently it stopped working days earlier. I was greeted by smelly, defrosted meat. They can't get a replacement thermostat for our 15 year old freezer. ..
Next, the reverse osmosis water in the refrigerator door started leaking from the hose running under the refrigerator. It wouldn't stop...
Finally, Friday, my computer was infected by a BAD virus. It returned from the computer doctor last night...
I am wondering what will go next.
However...
I live in a house with heat & air conditioning.
I was able to buy a new washing machine.
I have shoes to walk in, clothes to wear and a warm jacket for winter.
The computer documents were fully recovered.
The refrigerator hose was easily fixed.
I can buy more meat.
Next year, I can freeze more corn.
My trees will produce more apples for sauce.
My kids are healthy.
I have been given a Godly husband.
Nothing exploded or started on fire.
My personal information was not stolen.
I could go on and on...
My list of positives, far outweigh the negatives.
