Pickle wraps are dill pickles wrapped in cream cheese and corn beef. They are a favorite of my husband and children. We have them at every Holiday and birthdays.
To make them, dry your pickles (i think it works best at room temp), spread softened cream cheese on top of corned beef slices, place your pickle on one end and roll. Chill for several hours and then slice into 1/4 - 1/2 in slices.
