Let me just say, this is the BEST rBGH Free/Organic cheese in the USA! Ok, maybe the best in the Midwest. Fresh from a Wisconsin Cheese House. The UPS man thinks were nuts a big cheesy. Sorry I couldn't resist
This week, he delivered around 260# of cheese, 55# of that was for us. What can I say, we like cheese :)

Was this the place that you asked me about? The ladies at church purchase from there and I need to start. I am not far enough alone to know what I want to order, but I am getting there.
